Hi, my name is Cassandra & I go by the name of Cassie. I created this BLOG in hopes of getting support & motivation to obtain my TRANSFORMATION GOALS to better myself mentally, spiritually, & physically.
I have struggled for many years now to lose unwanted UGLY pounds & have NOT been successful. Diets, fat doctors, pills, shots, any and everything you can name EXCEPT for surgery BUT believe me, the thought was DEFINITELY there, just too scary!
Anyhow, PLEASE feel free to POSITIVELY comment, suggest, & MOST of all motivate me on this LONG TIME coming journey. I know with the help of all my family, friends, & via other motivations I WILL ACCOMPLISH this GOAL because; IT IS TIME!!!

- I am a 39 yr young mom of 3; ages 19, 16, & 9. I luv my 3 joys dearly however these 3 crumb snatchers have stripped me of my figure, my mentality, & @ times my spirituality. I'm NOW on a quest to TRANSFORM to gain inner peace (mental), physical happiness (self-explained), & a closer relationship w/my heavenly father "Abba" (spiritual).
